• Enhance the quality of project deliverables for a key client (MBTA)

• Provide art direction for all visual aspects of the documentation

• Design custom layout templates in Adobe InDesign and ensure compliance with company brand standards

• Work directly with the Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager and each technical lead

• Implemented a new structured production schedule for the documents

• Designed and produced several high-volume documents

• Acted as the brand advocate, aligning within the firm's brand standards

• Performed the quality control and finalization of the documents

 

OUTCOMES

• Created professional-quality project deliverables for 15%, 50%, 75% and 100% Technical Design documents

• Received outstanding feedback from the client and our rail team went on to win a new project contract worth $15M+
